“My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend as we were attending a wedding. The property was exactly as advertised. Such a cute, cozy beach house. Perfect for relaxing and just steps from Twin Lakes State Beach and walking distance to some great eating spots. Harbor Cafe breakfast was delish! One of the best VRBO's that we've stayed in. Would definitely come back again!”

“Perfect weekend, perfect location, incredible access to Capitola and the coast. We had activities planned at the beach and up in the Santa Cruz Mountains and easily made our way around. Walking everywhere and snagging the occasional Uber allowed us to leave our cars parked the entire time!”

“One of our absolute favorite vacation rentals of all time! The home is thoughtfully stocked with absolutely everything you will need, including a fully outfitted kitchen, beach towels and wet suits. The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The Eastern King in the back bedroom is great. We didn't try the twin beds. The neighborhood is very quiet. “House was in pristine condition and amazingly located. So convenient to town and easy to get to the beach. The stairway above the house is out of order, but the walk down to the beach is very quick and pleasant.Beautiful rooms. One large master sized room with a couple of small patios, one with furniture. Another medium size bedroom and a third small bedroom all with very nice beds.Kitchen was lovely and the layout allowed us to be connected to the ocean pretty much all the time. Would rent this……

“Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. I have trouble sleeping at home and I really caught up on sleep during……

“The house was really nice, updated, very clean, and had beautiful ocean views right from the deck and rooms. It had all of the features that were listed and all of the rooms were comfortable. We could walk right down to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets. We also had fun playing pickleball and basketball. The host, Al, was awesome! He is very responsive, helpful, and was great to rent from!”

“This cottage is a cosey, quiet, and private place with incredible ocean views. It has a well equipped kitchen, all the linens, towels and/or blankets you need, and many games and books. We especially enjoyed walking on the uncrowded and sometimes totally private beach. In addition to small families, I highly recommend it for couples. It was a great and romantic getaway for us.”

“I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!”

“This house if very cute and clean, however either a neighborhood dog or a previous guest did not pick up after their pet and my husband stepped in it. Obviously it wasn’t the owners fault..just watch your step on the turf/grass. We have stayed here once before and if the property is available for our next time in town we will definitely stay again.”

"This is an excellent budget hotel. Their cleanliness is outstanding, and the attention to detail is impressive. I truly believe this hotel has been severely underrated. Honestly, it’s fantastic and very comfortable — especially when it comes to hygiene, which is exceptional. On top of that, the price is very affordable. Its location is extremely convenient, right next to shopping malls, making it easy to meet all your needs for dining, shopping, and transportation. It’s a great place, and I can guarantee I will definitely come back again. "
