“We had a wonderful time staying right on the beach! The house was adorable and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. You can't beat the location, we didn't want to leave!”

“The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. “We really enjoyed staying in this home as it is very spacious. Everything in the home was well organized and labeled. The beds are very comfortable, all sleep number beds!The yard was very spacious and multiple games/activities for the kids available. We will definitely stay here again in the future. ”

“We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again.”

“We had a great stay on the beach in Aptos. The property is in an amazing location-you walk right out the patio to the beach!The house is spacious, clean, comfy and has all you need for a great stay.The hosts were very responsive. The coffee maker broke while we were there and they had a new one delivered within a few hours. Our son liked that there were sand toys and Roku to watch TV. Would definitely stay again to make more great beach memories! ”

“Great stay! The property is well kept. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was organized with plenty of dishes and cookware. Backyard area was a lovely ivy walled hideaway. Amazing proximity to the beach a wagon for use to carry our things back and forth. Cottage was cozy but enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens to be together, and still have space. And there is parking! A sweet place for a nice vacation! ”
