“Caroline was an excellent host. She greeted me upon arrival and recommended things to do and places to visit on my stay here. The room was very tidy, had a heater and complimentary coffee, tea and some snacks for breakfast. Everything was well maintained and the views nearby of Oban were spectacular ”

“The room was good with a large bathroom and perfectly acceptable. But it wasn't great. No chairs to sit in, only window seats which were uncomfortable. We were in room 1, right by the front door so rather noisy until the restaurant closed and our window (with a great view) was by the front door, so it felt a bit like being in a goldfish bowl. Would I stay again? Maybe, it was OK, just not great.”

“Located on a busy street, so noisy. There is no elevator, even though the hotel is of modern construction! Have to haul your bags up to the 2nd or 3rd floor. so NOT advisable for older folks. Front desk is only manned till 9PM. After that, there is no one to help you with any problem you may have - just numbers to call. Too minimalist for the price and for me to recommend to anyone.”

“This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The condition of the room was extremely poor and absolutely not worth the price. What was most unacceptable was that the room I was given looked nothing like the photos shown on the booking website. Instead of a standard room on the main floors, I was placed in one of two attic rooms, which were dark, cramped, and completely unsuitable for use as hotel accommodation.
