“We are returning guests. Maison Mignardise is a rare gem, that we can recommend to anyone. The property itself is beautiful and clean, and well located just a few minutes' walk from the medieval city, where there are many good restaurants. In the common areas, there is a living room with balcony, with a view of the medieval city. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided (or one can purchase wine and local beer). The beds are very comfortable, the rooms seem recently renovated, the water pressure……

“Casi imposible contactar con los propietarios,faltavan servicios los quales en la reserva se incluian,no sabian nada de nuestra reserva y le dieron nuestra habitacion a otros huespedes q se quedaron fuera al ver q la habitacion estava ocupada,nos supo muy mal por ellos pq reservaron hace cinco meses y nosotros tansolo el dia antes,la recepcion nos la hacieron otros huespedes despues de estar media hora intentando contactar,,estando mal aparcados enmedio de la calle cuando en los filtros previos……

“C'est la deuxième fois que je descends à la bonne Planque. Le cadre et l'accueil y sont exceptionnels. L'établissement a changé de propriétaire entretemps mais l'âme de la maison est resté la même. J'ai autant apprécié mon deuxième séjour que le premier. Les chiens bien éduqués et sociabilisés y sont les bienvenus. J'ai pu longer le canal du Midi avec mon toutou et cela laisse des souvenirs inoubliables. La PLANQUE est devenu mon port d'attache à Castelnaudary. Merci pour les 48 heures passées……

“The rooms are extremely comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and very accommodating. They provide dinner on request and the food was superb. Breakfast also excellent. “The studio was really lovely & clean. The hosts are such lovely people and made us feel welcome from the second we arrived.the studio is really close to restaurants.and the little town.
