“This lovely villa is like home from home. Very well equipped and comfortable. Pool is lovely... Clean and a good size for cool dips in the hot sun. Garden has shaded areas too. Information provided useful details and all communication was helpful and prompt. A Lidl is within a 5min walk meaning this is great if you don't have a car. Villa was clean and spacious and some great extras such as books and playing cards and pool toys which we didn't use as had brought ours but a thoughtful addition.……

“Très bonne communication avec Nicolas qui se rend très disponible. Sa maison est super, propre, très fonctionnelle , décorée et aménagée avec goût. Le jardin est très agréable. Dommage qu'on ait pas pu en profiter plus à cause de la météo Petite attention : piscine non protégée / totalement accessible pour les enfants sans surveillance. Il faut garder un œil pour les moins de 7 ans Mais avec du soleil et des bonnes températures, on y est vraiment bien! Les aménagements extérieurs sont top .A 15……

“An absolute gem of a property. The house is in the midst of beautiful grapevines and countryside, so its an opportunity to totally relax in the most wonderful setting (and house), with restaurants and bars a 10 minute walk away. The house is fully stocked with the latest gadgets and the rooms are perfect. Our host Cedric, was so accommodating, helpful and friendly - we couldn't have asked for more. I would (and hopefully will) return in a hearbeat!”

“One week off with the family to explore region between Carcassone and Toulouse in October. The house is just 15min west of Carcassone and easy to reach. The pool and its pool house (with kitchen, shower, WC) is certainly great during hot summers but less useful in later October. Helene, the owner, was of great support when we arrived - no issues with communication. The house itself is divided into the part for rental and a second part which is used for storage. “What a wonderful holiday at this amazing Villa. Firstly, a big thank you to the owners who were amazing and answered all our queries and were very fair minded when checking out. This really is a luxury apartment and everything was as stated. The pool is excellent as well as the hot tub. The are lots of eating areas and plenty of room to sunbath on the decking. I can recommend taking advantage of the visiting chef - he was excellent. The property has aircon which works extremely well. The kitchen……

“Déçu :la maison sympa mais la piscine HS( skimmer qui fuit donc remplissage journalier ,eau à 21 ° ),pas de ventilateurs dans la maison alors qu'il fait hyper chaud ,toute la vaisselle est quasiment ébréchée ,visite d'un des proprios tous les jours probablement dû à la piscine (on est quand même en vacances !!),bref pas top en qualité au regard du prix”
