“I had a wonderful stay at this historic hardwood-framed mountain chalet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Jennifer, the Hotel Manager, went to extraordinary lengths to facilitate my very late arrival, even upgrading my room. She was fantastic. I also stayed an extra night. The breakfast spread both days was delicious and varied. The view is superb. Highly recommended.”

“The hotel was fabulous!! The area was so nice, there is a spaghetti factory across the street and downtown Redlands is minutes away. The room was so clean, big and the beds were so comfortable. I loved this hotel is not even expensive. The staff was so friendly! I actually forgot my boots in the room and the front desk kept them for me.”

“Lori was amazing. Well checking in her sense of humor made us laugh and welcome us home. From all the rooms that I have stayed in ,hands-down this one was the best. It wasn’t even a room.
