“I am a gold member and i never really like to give negative feedback but this was a very bad unbelievable experience. The hotel staff gave me a downgraded room first before i insisted on getting my presidential suite. The room smelled bad, tv was not working, cleaning staff left used towels inside the basin post room cleaning The elevator did not work during my stay Horrible experience ”

“Indian guests only. No foreigners allowed to stay. No mention of this on Expedia website. No explanation offered or given by receptionist staff as they didn’t know. Unable to stay and was relocated to another Fabhotel called Marble Arch which was in a very unsafe area and run down/dirty. Staff tried best to accommodate but it wasn’t their problem. It was FabHotel Galaxy. Fabhotel said they it was problem of Expedia who left out important information about ‘no foreign guests’. I question this……

“Dark rooms and bathrooms, unsafe entry locks, very tiny TV, no space to keep luggage, electric kettle without any supplies for tea/coffee, dirty towels etc.”

“Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist.”
