You do get to use some of the amenities at the hotel like the pool and spa but they tend to make you feel like you are “a 2nd class” citizen. “We loved the private beach. This was our daughter's favorite part of the trip. There are other people who have access to the beach as well as you are in a neighborhood of Arue but compared to the public beaches you have a piece of paradise all to yourself. We also enjoyed all the animal life (giant snails, crabs, birds and one day we even saw a sea otter swimming near us). “Overall, I liked it, but there are some small nuances. Clean house, no foreign smells, everything you need, the store is quite close. The water is mostly always clean and transparent, although the current sometimes brings natural debris. The bottom at the entrance to the ocean is shallow 20 inches, and it gets deeper very smoothly. “Very helpful and responsive via text or email. They were very accommodating towards are large group and let us arrive early which was amazing. Beautiful place right on the ocean and very convenient to grocery, restaurants and ferry. There isn’t much of a beach but easy access into water and very shallow. Lots of water toys for the kids and adults! Like any where on the island expect bugs and ants- but they did a great job of cleaning prior.washer was convenient during our stay! ”

“We had a wonderful two-week stay here. The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The AC unit was great—after a long day out in the heat, it was a relief to return to the condo and have a cold, local juice and cool off. TV was perfect for unwinding in the evening and the look and decor of the condo was chic and classy. Location was very quiet and we felt safe here. Mostly school kids walking around here.
