“The hotel isn't really ready to receive people, we were told that we were not booked when arrived at the hotel, even though we showed them our paid reservation reference and email, they said that they only accept bookings from Expedia and haven’t heard of Hotels. “Rose is a gem to that property attention to detail she goes above and beyond and the property was squeaky clean they need 10 more of Rose ”
