“We loved our long weekend and this beautiful, clean, organized cottage. We appreciated the extra touches like the labels on light switches and cabinets, the soft towels and bathroom rugs, throw blankets near the couches, and even USB charging ports on master bedroom nightstands. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The kids loved the hot tub, playing air hockey, and the board games. We enjoyed the fire pit and big back porch (and the swing and hammock). I……

“Cherry Creek Cabin is tastefully renovated and appropriately appointed. It is quiet, private, and conveniently located a few minutes from Meadows of Dan. The space is small but efficient. We were able to cook a nice Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen as it was well-outfitted with the equipment needed. While we didn’t spend a lot of time outside, there is a grill and fire pit area for outdoor relaxation. The owner is very responsive to questions and concerns, and they provided us with information……

We visited Mt Airy and Mt Pilot and even took a ride around in a replica Sheriffs car in “”Mayberry.” We took advice on eating at Little Richard’s BBQ and it was delicious. Hit a few of the other ma and pa restaurants and shops as well. The house and area was enough to keep our family of 6 well entertained and excited for our next trip to the mountains in the Fall. ”
