“The property is a good rental property where we had rented from the owners several times at the Gulf. The problem with this situation was Expedia. When we viewed the property online before renting there was no photos of the exact rental we were interested in renting and were not sure which unit or floor we would be on however we trusted Brett Robinson rentals from prior trips. “Very clean and plenty of space. My husband, myself and our adult son had plenty of space to relax for a few days. The condo was very clean and just a quick walk down to the beach! A fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans etc, just need a strainer. All appliances worked well and we appreciated the ability to use the keurig since we had brought our own kcups. They also have a drip coffee pot and supplied coffee for that as well. Dish soap, paper towels etc were supplied which made it nice. Tvs In……

“There were broken things, towel big hole in wall, TP Dispencer in master. The electronics were very outdated, Dish Network was horrible to use, for 3 nite stay and the amount of money's i paid, it should of been way better”

“Definitely would stay here again. Upon arrival, Expedia had messed up on their end and my payment wasn’t showing on the hotels end. The property manager was extremely helpful, went ahead and gave me my room, and was very accommodating while things got sorted out. The other staff were extremely nice anytime I ran into them. The room was what we needed, air conditioned, good size refrigerator to hold a few days worth, microwave and stove top. The long term residence around us were very nice. I……
