“We stay at this property frequently when visiting K-State. It's just across the street from the student union and a short five minute walk to Aggieville. We love it for that reason. However- the facility is showing its age. The rooms and bathrooms have paint chipping, grout that is coming off and the last few times the ironing boards have been covered in stains. The breakfast is an extra charge and is served in the restaurant. It's nothing great. Typical hotel breakfast. This stay is the first……

“I was truly surprised by the professional manner in which the entire staff during our stay. Everyone was polite and attentive the entire weekend. I might add that the property was spotless everywhere we went. Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I know a great example when I see one. Fairfield Inn Manhattan is the real deal. We will be back! ”

“This was a nice hotel, comfortable beds and clean. The only issue was they were hosting several youth sports teams that same weekend. There were LOTS of kids running around making noise. The parents congregated in the lobby and sitting areas taking up every single space. There was nowhere for us to hang out in the evenings as they totally took over every shareable space. ”
