“Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. Lastly, the landlord/hostess, Laureen, always had positive vibes and friendly at all……

“All was nice, very nice staff esp the bartender Chris! We could not get the TV’s to work in either room with the required logins, and the water took a really long time to get warm for the showers. Otherwise, really all fine and bucolic. ”

“The room was very clean and well appointed with a fridge and microwave. Great tv selections for watching tv at night. There's a beautiful stream in the back of the property and you can enjoy coffee, fruit or cereal out on the patio in front of your room. There's a short drive to Prattsville Diner and Jim's All American supermarket. ”

“I have read a lot of reviews on this property and I always try to steer clear of the bad reviews to let myself in on the experience so I can find out When you speak on “updating” and such, you must keep in mind the Nostalgia of this sport and what this mountain has down to maintain the East Coast Lodge vibe. My family of four , kids 10 and 16; had the BEST 4 days of Spring skiing and swimming outside in the heated pool. We had a studio only booked but decided to bring kids- they allowed an……

“Old, outdated everything inside, musty, no WiFi, no heat in the bathroom.”

“Fire alarm sat in the den area unconnected when we walked in. Was immediately texted we would receive 20% discount for hot tub not in working order which was good. Asked 3 times for wash rags for the bath, but no response. Full kitchen had no dish towels, rags, or dish detergent. Dishwasher did not work. We liked the space and the area, but being between seasons was not a good idea. ”
