They use a pulley to pull luggage to upper floor - fun to watch and practically useful.
Complimentary breakfast was tasty. The lunch and drinks at the cafe were also tasty and clean, we enjoyed a lot when hiding from the hot sunshine at noon time.
Side note: stairs are steep due to traditional design, maybe challenging for elderly. Expect to take off shoes before going upstairs to room. Not a concern for……
“The staff there were super friendly and helpful just like expected, I love the pre dinner drink session and 24hours lounge.
Understanding the house is a vintage property, the structure condition may not as good as the new built, however some of the hardware facilities were slightly disappointed. Like the bathing robe, and bed sheets.
In general it was a present stay and definitely will revisit Penang. ”

Breakfast has several choices. Good in taste.
