“It's near the hot spring spot yet I can't even open a suitcase in my room. For the room like this, it's rent is crazily high. There are cabinets in front of this guesthouse which seems much nicer. Nevertheless, it provides a nice living room but you have to climb up a super steep stairs to reach there.”

“預定寫前一天才會收到房間跟密碼，但卻沒收到mail，到達住宿地點後發現連不上網路，只好打電話詢問。 但英文不太好，對方說聽不懂我們在講什麼，叫我們寄email問，然後就掛電話。接著我又再打了一通，他直接拒接。又再打了第三次，一樣拒接。用另一位的手機打，一接通他發現是我們，直接說『聽不懂你們在說什麼』然後掛電話。 最後只好找隔壁也要入住的人求助，他說他也沒收到入住的mail，他理解我們的無助並且表示可以幫我們打電話問，才成功接通電話沒被掛斷。 非常糟糕的入住方式！ 如果沒有路人好心幫忙，當下沒網路無法翻譯無法傳mail，住宿方又不願意接電話，說好會提前一天寄的mail每個房客都表示沒收到，真的就露宿寒冷街頭了。”

“Loved this stay! The island is definitely not a place to miss and the cabin added to our experience. Extremely clean, warm blankets, sufficient kitchenette. ”

“Excellent. Just the hotel name displayed on Hotels.com not matched with the confirmation email and the hotel address not easy to find as Google can’t show the route to the hotel. ”

“櫃檯非常親切，還讓我們提早入住。飯店有spa跟撞球間，開放時間是17：00～22：00，稍嫌短了一些，但設施完善。早餐很豐盛，服務人員非常殷勤。”

“旅店很舒適乾淨，有3間廁所與淋浴，公共空間整潔，廚房應有盡有很齊全（有洗碗機冰箱餐具熱水壺烤箱微波爐），餐桌很大，是自助入住，房東會寫信跟你說鑰匙在哪怎麼退房，垃圾分類這些，停車場大，附近光害少沒什麼店家，天氣好走出旅館可以看到極光。因為附近沒什麼店家，大家記得沿路有超市時就先買好食材到旅店煮。離飯店不遠處有加油站。”

“The Westman Islends are an amazing area and a must do in Iceland. The hotel exceeded our expectations and the manager was unbelievably helpful. Only 2 disadvantaged that would not stop me from returning. Although the beds are very comfortable there is barely enough space to get out of bed:) and that could be a problem for heavier people especially when using the bathroom at night. The second issue is that they do not offer complimentary coffe and sugar in the room . We had our own coffee but……

“One quick overnight stay. Staff was very accommodating for our early arrival. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to leave early for the ferry departure and weren't able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast.”

“I only wish we had more nights to stay here! Pier Apartment was really modern clean and spacious. We each were able to get a bedroom (there are three bedrooms, one room w 3 beds, two room w a double). Beds and linens were clean and crisp. Huge furnished apartment and we even had a laundry room. Coffee machine also had coffee beans in it which was really appreciated. It’s a walk up 1 flight so be prepared. Parking can be done around the building. It’s literally across the street from the……
