“預定寫前一天才會收到房間跟密碼，但卻沒收到mail，到達住宿地點後發現連不上網路，只好打電話詢問。 但英文不太好，對方說聽不懂我們在講什麼，叫我們寄email問，然後就掛電話。接著我又再打了一通，他直接拒接。又再打了第三次，一樣拒接。用另一位的手機打，一接通他發現是我們，直接說『聽不懂你們在說什麼』然後掛電話。 最後只好找隔壁也要入住的人求助，他說他也沒收到入住的mail，他理解我們的無助並且表示可以幫我們打電話問，才成功接通電話沒被掛斷。 非常糟糕的入住方式！ 如果沒有路人好心幫忙，當下沒網路無法翻譯無法傳mail，住宿方又不願意接電話，說好會提前一天寄的mail每個房客都表示沒收到，真的就露宿寒冷街頭了。”

“附近較荒蕪，如果希望觀星或看極光，入住人數不多，早餐會有專人服侍，晚餐飲料不錯，食物也可以。”

“櫃檯非常親切，還讓我們提早入住。飯店有spa跟撞球間，開放時間是17：00～22：00，稍嫌短了一些，但設施完善。早餐很豐盛，服務人員非常殷勤。”

“乾淨整潔,農場還有很親人的馬,沒有光害,天氣好還可看到極光,雖然離１號公路有點距離,都是柏油路很好開.跟１號路邊的有些Hotel比我寧可多花點時間住這,可惜就是房間真的有個味道若可以改善更好．”

“My son and I stayed for 3 nights. We loved the communal dining area, the complementary breakfast cereals, milk, tea and coffee were a really nice touch, especially given the remoteness. The kitchen is a good size and really well-stocked for pots/pans/plates etc. The view was stunning. The road to the property is cratered and care needs to be taken. The bathroom could do with a refresh, but everything was clean, tidy and worked. We'd visit again.”

“I only wish we had more nights to stay here! Pier Apartment was really modern clean and spacious. We each were able to get a bedroom (there are three bedrooms, one room w 3 beds, two room w a double). Beds and linens were clean and crisp. Huge furnished apartment and we even had a laundry room. Coffee machine also had coffee beans in it which was really appreciated. It’s a walk up 1 flight so be prepared. Parking can be done around the building. It’s literally across the street from the……
