Les lits ne sont pas fait à l'arrivée, il y a juste deux petits draps et couvertures posés sur le lit double, ce n'est pas très agréable

“Alles neuwertig, leider ist das Bad sehr klein gewesen und beim Duschen wurde alles naß, weil es keine komplette Kabine gibt. Ansonsten Top Zustand und gute Ausstattung der Zimmer. Leider wurde nie Staub geputzt während des Aufenthaltes.”
“Good location, comfortable bed, & friendly service. Just a few notes of interest. Air conditioning only works when you are in the room & the key is in the slot. (Yes we know this is a European thing). Small space works for 1 -2 nights. Refrigerator is very small & barely cold. Bed comes with sheet only. Shower glass wall too small & it soaks the whole floor. Small shelf for bathroom items. ”
“When I arrived at the hotel I was asked for the tax but not the price according to the booking, but much more. When I asked why they told me that I get no key if I don't pay. So I had to pay as HOTELS.COM has no hotline I could not do anything. The next day I asked for a recipe, but I was told that I get it via mail. Until now one week later nothing arrived.
We booked a very expensive hotel as the pictures looked quite nice. But as the hotel was quite empty they did not have a breakfast buffet……
“The property's management was very good. They addressed al our questions and request in the opening meeting, which meant we didn't need to constantly go to the management office to talk about problems with the property. We thought we would use the pool, but ultimately didn't. The pool was used by the children of other guests, so maybe if you have children this would be a good place for you. The suites were comfortable and the Air conditioning was super. We were always able to find the room……
