“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. “What gorgeous views of the river. ”

“Wonderful accommodation off the beaten path to visit the beach. Just a short walk to get to the beach, but be careful crossing the hwy with little kids. I had to reach out to the host to get the code to enter the house and got a quick response. Frying pans need some updating, non-stick surface all scratched up. Everyone enjoyed the stay for a nice sunny winter day at the beach.”
