“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. “Great place to stay and very conveniently located. There was construction across the street so initially it was difficult to find street parking. “I and My Wife loved the view out the windows and from the patio. I was born in Astoria and this trip was a 70th Birthday wish by me. We liked the way the apartment was set up. and the stairs were easy to go up. the only thing we both did not like was the bar stools/dining table which was not good for my Back. can't sit on a bar stool chair due to a back injury.other than that the kitchen could use a better stove top.”

“Was disappointed when we were told when we booked that the pool would be open. Was the main reason we booked this place because our kids wanted to swim. As soon as we got there we found out from the condo office that it was closed due to harmful minerals in pool water. We messaged that back to the person we booked from and they never messaged us back again during our stay. There is also no air conditioner or any fans in condo.
