“The place was awesome for kids, we had two sets of twins and two moms on our trip and we had a great time. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The check in and out was super easy and there wasn’t an exhaustive list of chores to be done at the end. That being said, the place was not as clean as I would have wished and there was a large amount of pet hair on the sofa and floor that I would hope would have been cleaned between guests. So, all in all a great stay but needs……

“We had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay! The house had all we needed for our two families of 4. It was a short walk to the beach in such a quiet neighborhood! We’d love to stay at this rental again in the future ! ”

“Beautiful lodge with scenic surroundings. Michael was very communicative every step of the way and made us feel very taken care of. Highly recommended for a cosy-quiet getaway.”

“It’s a great location and an easy walk to the beach and the shops. Wish we could have stayed longer. A great space for the price.”

“If you are looking for a place that has a fun vibe… look somewhere else. While it was “newly remodeled”, it looks as they gave up before they finished. A Motel 6 has more personality. You can’t see the river from the back “patio”. Both complexes on either side of this unit have a much more fun and inviting atmosphere. When we arrived, we found other people’s hair in the bathroom. In fact, the master sink was clogged with hair. Don’t worry, we cleaned it out. The coffee maker and air fryer……

“We had a family reunion in Astoria with a family meal. This kitchen was well appointed and the owner checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We will come back here as the space promotes family interactions”
