“We booked 1 night for breaking a long drive from Cappadocia to Fethiye. When we arrived around 8pm exhausted, our check-in was delayed due to some payment issue even though we already paid to Expedia upon booking. After talking to the boss on the phone and then waited for a while, he came in person to explain that Expedia hadn't paid them a lot of money for a long time. In fact he was going to sue Expedia. Although he had the rights to reject our booking there and then, he honoured it and let us……
