“It’s a nice place to stay out of Legos. It’s a little bit dated in a landscaping, made some work better than that. It was very comfortable.”

“A very nice, decent, basic hotel in a convenient location. Nothing fancy but it met all our needs and the staff were great, always friendly, warm and very helpful with any suggestions we needed. We definitely recommend the breakfasts -- plenty of healthy, taste choices that kept us full until late afternoon! It's a 10-12 minute walk into centre of town or to the beach and we really enjoyed the stroll. There are 2 good Chinese restaurants near the hotel, but you will have to head into town centre……

“This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a bohemian vibe. The property is quaint with several outside sitting areas. Rooms all have an outdoor sitting area too. It’s a 10 minute walk to the city centre wall and there’s a beautiful walking trail along the water. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room (not included with the apartments) and it was plentiful. Definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet retreat away from hectic life styles. ”

“It was a nice place to stay. We did notice some unusual stains on the blankets in the closet, but we didn’t use them as it wasn’t too cold. But overall it was a nice stay for us. ”

“The name says it all “charming”. This charming hotel is in the perfect location. Walkable to old town. Lots of dining options close by. Lovely pool area (though the weather did not allow for us to enjoy it) Breakfast was repetitive but good options. Highly recommend ”

“We wanted to stay somewhere quite central and the Residence Lagos was perfect for this, just a 3 minute uphill walk from the square. The hotel is tastefully decorated throughout and is spotlessly clean. We arrived early but the host was very welcoming and quickly made sure that our room was ready. A complimentary bottle of wine, water and fruit in the room was a nice touch, as is the complimentary port. The breakfast was very nice, consisting of fresh croissants, bread rolls, ham, cheeses,……

“Un séjour de deux nuits agréable. Le logement est très bien placé dans une des rues commerçantes de Lagos mais cela reste calme la nuit. Bon accueil. La chambre est suffisante pour un court séjour. Le seul moins est la salle de bains qui mériterait un bon rafraichissement avec une douche biscornue et ne s'ouvrant pas dans le bon sens, une porte qui ne ferme pas et une lunette de toilettes trop petite. L'extérieur est appréciable. ”
