“Great place for a quick trip - near Cairo. Facility ans staff were great. Lots of options for open bouffet for breakfast and dinner. The beach was lovely. The ACs in the rooms were working great in the beginning, started to warm up. Didn’t call reception because we were there for a short time. They would have helped if we did. ”

“I will start with the check inn, it was very bad experience as I booked 2 twin beds side by side as I have my 2 daughters with me and as I been told there is no 2 rooms with twin beds side by side, anyway they checked me in on 2 rooms ( King bed & twin bed) and between the rooms was an storage room for the house keeping, when I went back to the front desk they said they will try to find 2 rooms side by side and I stayed about 45 minutes till the director of operation MOAMOEN came and got my 2……
