“this hotel is used to be very old and now the hotel is got new extention which is much better compared with room built more than 40 years ago ”

“Good place to stay”

“We stayed there for three days, I paid a lot of money for the better suite and expected good service, The WiFi would go out daily and you wouldn’t have it for hours, the key would blank out daily and if you are on a top floor that meant going down to the lobby and getting a new one, this happened three times with us. The bathroom shower had black mold and flooded, since we had a suite there was also a tub with shower we used that, but the water wouldn’t mix in the shower so it was either……

“I enjoyed my stay here. The area was very congested but I walked around during the day and didn't go far. This is the real down to earth Egypt and not a fancy resort. ”

“- Great service before/during the stay & enthusiastic staffs, they tried to do their best to - Clean room with comfortable bed - Good location (near the metro station, restaurants, supermarket...etc) - Fantastic breakfast - the hotel offerred airport transfer service, with good car and enthusiastic driver -However, the soundproof should be improved. There are bars and at downstairs and open until 2 am. not recommend to stay here if hard to fall asleep”

“Property was good but they shutdown the elevators at night and people have to use the stairs to upper floors, carrying luggage sometimes. This needs to be addressed ”

“The apartments were nice and had everything I needed, at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the floor plan was nice in the one bedroom unit. I needed fast internet for work and was happy with the connectivity. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a grocery store close by and it was easy to get an uber right at the front door. I didn’t try any of the restaurants nearby but there were a few. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. ”

“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“Very nice apartment in very nice, quiet and safe area. Merna our host was very helpful. We even requested a late checkout and it was approved. They do anything to help you have a great experience.”
