The receptionist spoke with a guy, who called another guy, who sent another guy and asked us to wait in the streets since our reservation is managed by a person and it is not under his management. The guy who came asked our passports there in the streets and he pretty much demanded us to give him our passports. Since I……

“From the moment we arrived at Royal Maxim Palace Kapinski until we left 6 days later we were treated like family. The concierge arranged our lost baggage to be delivered to the hotel and helped us plan a Nile dinner cruise. The restaurants, particularly Lucca, have 5 star menus. The spa experience was one of the better ones I have had and prices were reasonable. The staff on the whole goes out of their way to make sure every aspect of your stay is top rate. No complaints.”

“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“La residence est bien situé et dans un environnement calme propice au travail et au repos. L'hotel est propre et le personnel est disponible même s il ne comprend pas le français. Cependant le nettoyage des chambre n est pas systématique. Il faut demander à ce que la chambre soit nettoyée.”
