“It's a good hotel. Very good CP with comfortable room and service. The view is really good and I do really enjoy the stay in this hotel. The balcony door is not work, but been fixed after raising this problem to the front desk. It took a little bit time to fix it, but it's acceptable. “It was good overall. Just several of the staff, at the front door and restaurant were not friendly nor attentive. Rather they just were engrossed on their phones. Omar at the front desk was fantastic, really making us feel welcome and spoke very good English. Breakfast was very good, coffee decent and chef very nice. Oddly the others would just stand around chatting or on phones and offer no service. Bell boys were nice. Very nice sitting lounge. ”
