“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“I found put later that is common în Egipt to be treated likewise, especially being a women. Once I arrived at the address provided the reception couldn’t find my reservation. The receptionist spoke with a guy, who called another guy, who sent another guy and asked us to wait in the streets since our reservation is managed by a person and it is not under his management. The guy who came asked our passports there in the streets and he pretty much demanded us to give him our passports. Since I……

“The WiFi is free but pretty much not accessible. Wifi signal is very bad. There was no hot water for shower due to some malfunction and was not able to fix it for 5+hrs. Although the hotel is located in suncity mall, but that mall is pretty much deserted. More than half of the stores are closed.”

“- Great service before/during the stay & enthusiastic staffs, they tried to do their best to - Clean room with comfortable bed - Good location (near the metro station, restaurants, supermarket...etc) - Fantastic breakfast - the hotel offerred airport transfer service, with good car and enthusiastic driver -However, the soundproof should be improved. There are bars and at downstairs and open until 2 am. not recommend to stay here if hard to fall asleep”

I needed fast internet for work and was happy with the connectivity. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a grocery store close by and it was easy to get an uber right at the front door. I didn’t try any of the restaurants nearby but there were a few. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. ”
