“The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. ”

“Rooms are supposed to be non smoking but our room smelled like smoke all day. People smoked in the corridors or by the windows.”

“Temizlik umduğundan iyi idi. Personel de güler yüzlü, ilgili idi. Ancak çatıda siparişler çok geç geliyor, etler çok sert , yine de tatil moduyla iyi idi, Rezervasyonum piramid manzaralı idi. Oda, son anda tura dahil olup ayrılınca belki o yüzden günlük en üst fiyattan oluşunu da rezervasyonda hatırlıyorum, orada bi yanlışlık oldu, gece geç saat gidince ısrar edemedim ,standart odada kaldım. Asıl önemli olan temizlik için özel oda istemiştim, karşılandı… Teşekkür ederim”

We needed a breakfast box one day, and there was no problem. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Recommended for a few days in Cairo or Giza near the pyramids. The best part was the terrace and the views.”
