“無論是酒店還是Hotels訂房網都超級爛, 詳情可以看底下英文, 還搞一個字數限制, 總之就是為了超級髒的房間要退房,浪費了我2個月的近10通電話,6.7個小時溝通,每次通電話就說要打給飯店確認,然後飯店不接,最終對話結果就是Hotels表示對方一直不接受退款,他們也無能為力,然後就不甘它們的事情了, Hotels在中間賺錢然後遇到問題只能表示無能為力,一點保障也沒有 Both the hotel and the HOTELS agency are very bad.
