“Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We booked a Family Suite with a mini kitchen, but it was completely unequipped—no pots, pans, or utensils. Additionally we opted for a half-board plan as the hotel did not offer a full-board option. The half-board food was poor, with limited options and mainly local cuisine, unlike the international buffets offered at other hotels. The hotel also lacked basic amenities like WiFi, a hairdryer, and an iron. Being in a remote location, there were no nearby……

“Did not have a nice experience checking in. We had booked one double room but the receptionist insisted that we have booked 2 rooms. Then he asked for our marriage certificate. We had booked a double room but were given room with 2 single beds. Then someone came and joined the 2 singles together. Food was very nice. Beach was very good. They need someone who can speak and understand English at the reception ”

“The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy.”

“This is an amazing place to stay. Nicely laid out apartment blocks with a good size centrally located pool, surrounded by cute igloo cabanas. Friendly staff...excellent housekeeper Tamir & very good receptionist Isra. Had a really wonderful stay. Weather was perfect too.”
