“I had a terrible checking in experience. I transferred my luggage before I checked in, however when I arrived at this hotel with 10 percent of cell phone battery, the remote checking person told me repeatedly 3 times that they didn’t have my luggage which my phone charger was in. Long story short, if it was not the cleaning lady was still there, I would be locked out totally, while my luggage was actually INSIDE the hotel office. Their check in lady was arrogant and lazy, destroying their……

“Really nice little hotel and great value for the price. Excellent location, easy walk to San Sebastian old town and Gros and conveniently close to to the bus and train stations. Staff very friendly, room nice and clean. Free breakfast (fruit, croissants) in reception every morning. Only complaint is that the coffee machine was out of service 2 of the 3 days i was there.”

“Isolation phonique compliqué car nous avons entendu des couinements de 22h à 1h du matin quasiment sans interruption, un grincement qui accompagnait les couinements, les voitures à l’extérieur malgré les fenêtres fermées. Des fissures ont été constatées dans la salle de bain, le pommeau de douche va tomber attention à vos têtes !!! Quand au parking, explications très évasives à l’accueil de l’hôtel, nous avons payé 26€ la nuit de parking, mais il a fallu repayer 28€ à la borne du parking car……

“We came to San Sebastián from Japan for our honeymoon. During our three-day stay, we felt completely at ease thanks to the wonderful hotel staff. The front desk had multilingual staff fluent in five languages, so we had no worries about communication.
