“Basement apartment very tastefully done. Perfect for our weekend stay visiting relatives. Several deer came by every morning from the wooded area. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“My wife and I are from Ohio and this was our 3rd fishing trip to Watts Bar Lake. This place far outshined the other two places that we stayed at before. It was just a mile from a boat ramp on the lake and just a few miles from the boat ramp below the dam. A perfect place for us as we like to fish the main lake and below the dam as well. This little nest will fool you when you pull up but once you walk inside you'll be glad that you made a reservation here. We'll be back for sure one day soon.”

“Very nice and clean. Very unique loved the lay out the little setting areas were an extra treat. The beds very comfortable nice bathrooms. But we really loved the balcony. Also the place was well stocked.Only one suggest. although I loved all the furnishings if things could be moved around in the living room so the hide-a-bed could be pulled out that would be great. Other than that everything was amazing ”

“Our stay was lovely! This apartment was very nice. I like how it was in the center of everything we did. The place was clean and inviting with fun board games to play. It had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you so much for all the hard work that goes into it! We really enjoyed whitewater rafting. We also brought our Jon boat and canoe to take out on Lake Ocoee to fish. The ride up to Benton Falls trailhead has magnificent overlooks along the way. There is also Lake……

“This is a very clean Vrbo with an ice cream shop downstairs and a restaurant downstairs is coming soon apparently. I haven’t stayed at many vrbo’s as nice as this one.”
