“其中一位bellman態度很差，有點歧視的感覺。僅有酒店前台一位黑人bellman非常好。前台服務態度也不佳。住宿期間酒店有工程，並未通知房客，一大早敲敲打打，還有裝潢的天拿水味道，很不好。”

“All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Harry. We were made to feel welcome. The housekeeping staff were diligent and discreet. The location is a bit industrial, but we did not mind that and it felt safe.”

“The staff were excellent, and the rooms clean and tidy. It is next to a major road though, so was not quiet. The breakfast included is served airplane style in a box, in your room, which was okay, but not great. The staff and the price won the day though, so good value for money, with a large car park on site.”

“We made a last minute, late night stop at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the large room, and comfortable bed. It was a great place to stay before heading to the port! ”
