“The internet was down for most of my stay - it was an area wide problem, not something the hotel could control. On Saturday morning I decided to eat breakfast in the hotel. However, the sausage tray was empty so I opted for a waffle. Unfortunately, the syrup dispenser was empty also and I could find no staff handy to refill either so I went across the street to Cracker Barrel. Only thing I can say in their defense was that the hotel was very crowded including a little league baseball team……

“Very clean and friendly staff. Nice and quiet. Pool and hot tub very very nice. Went to the lost sea, would definitely stay again ”

“On our arrival, property was deserted. Sign at desk said “call this number.” Night manager said, “no hot water; go somewhere else; we will refund money.” We called Hotels.com; girl said refund would come; booked us to Rodeway for cost of another room. After numerous calls to Hotels.com and OYO: 1. No refund. 2. We paid for two rooms and got only one. 3. OYO and Hotels.com both lied to us and both cheated us. 4. I firmly doubt either company will print the truth.”

“Breakfast was outstanding. The elevator was inoperable and we had to go up three flights of stairs twice because of amount of luggage we had. Being older not fun”

“Polite. Clean. Good Food. Heated pool means the room is heated. Or so we have assumed as the water was quiet chilly (just a fyi) Location and amenities in the location good.”

“The area is quiet. It is near a shopping strip. They have tried to make an improvement to some of the rooms. The new bed was heavily broken in on the sides. The middle of the king bed was comfy. We asked for a handicapped room. The door got stuck on the new flooring so it would not open all the way. If I had a wheelchair instead of a walker, I would not have been able to enter the room. The new walk/roll in shower was a great concept. It did have a seat if needed in the shower. The floor was not……
