“This was an excellent stay, owners and staff very nice and accommodating, breakfast was wonderful, very tasty. Fire pit including S’mores and wine were offered to wind down at the end of the day. Great relaxing outside seating all around the porch as well. Rooms were thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. ”

“The breakfast was excellent, drinks and popcorn were a welcomed site on our arrival, the comfort of our bed was fabulous, and I loved the corner windows. Probably the only thing that could have made our stay a little better would have been an electrical outlet in the bathroom. Otherwise, we hope to return some day. “We stayed at the property over Easter weekend with family. There were four adults and two teens, and more than enough room for all of us. We were met upon arrival and given a tour of the property and shown how to use some of the things on site. There are a lot of original things to the period it was built, and the images on the listing show off some of the highlights of the property. We enjoyed exploring, playing hide and seek, and relaxing with the family. There were a couple of negatives, but……

“Very private location. Even waterfront is very personal area with a short ride to lake by boat. Good areas to explore by kayak too. Camp is comfortable and clean. Local town has low quality grocery and the Walmart has no grocery at all. It is ok for a meal if you forget something but if you want to cook nice I suggest to bring food with you. Highly recommend property and owner is great at quick response if needed!”
