“Spending Thanksgiving day and cooking our meal at this townhouse was perfect. Kitchen was fully supplied and TV area was comfy enough to watch lots of football. The surrounding area has lot of attractions and fun events. We loved it so much we booked our next stay to return June 2025!”

“Our family (and dog!) really enjoyed this place. Very clean and comfortable. It’s an easy 5-minute stroll to the beach. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and cooking tools. The dog bowls were a nice touch, and we appreciated the fenced backyard. The drawbacks include a single shared bathroom, no dishwasher, and no washer/dryer. But for our smallish group who stayed for three nights, none of these were issues. We hope to come back soon! ”

“My husband and I wanted a beach location that was driveable from our home in Cincinnati because we were bringing our 14 year old Shitzu. We decided on Atlantic beach and it is hard to find nice accommodations on or very close to the beach that allows pets. We were so lucky we found Kim’s listing. The entire booking process was painless and Kim responded immediately with answers to my questions.The location is amazing - while it’s not beach front it is steps from the walkway down to the beach.……

“We were very happy with our stay. The house was clean and fresh when we arrived. The location is great and we walked to the beach daily even though it was not quite warm enough yet to swim. Beds are a bit firm but we did ok. Couldn’t get 1 tv to connect to the internet but didn’t really matter to us. Overall would stay here again, we enjoyed the house and the location! Kitchen was well equipped and washing machines and dryer worked as they should. ”
