The space
As you walk up the stairs and enter the main floor of the house (unit #3), you will be greeted by a gorgeous and large living area with plenty of hang out space for your group. Walk through the large formal dining room and you will enter a fully stocked kitchen with a bar area and a half bathroom. In addition, there is also a bedroom with a queen bed with a private full bathroom on the first floor.
On the second floor, there are a total 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds which share the full bathroom in the hallway. Then there is the master suite and includes a queen bed, a sofa bed, and a private full bathroom.
On the third floor, are an additional 2 bedrooms. The first is a spacious room with 3 twin beds and a private full bathroom. The second is bedroom has 2 queen beds and a private full bathroom.
The last room is the private studio (unit #2), which has its own separate entrance. It has a queen bed, a sofa bed, full bathroom and kitchen.
Guest access
There will be a keypad entry. The code will be provided the day of check in.
Other things to note
This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10pm city-wide noise ordinance. If you are looking to party, play loud music, get drunk and rowdy, or talk loudly outside after dark, this house is not for you. The neighbors are very sensitive to noise and will call in complaints and cops will show up.
Unit #1 on the property is occupied by the family our superintendent- handyman. They will stay out of your way unless you need help with anything.
Your group must be 21+ over to book this place. This is a city-wide rule. We absolutely don't host prom groups.
