“Place was way nicer than I had anticipated. A lot of very small details added up to help my stay feel more like being at home. From additional phone charges to a well thought out fully functional kitchen. The decor and lighting was perfect. I was there to unwind and was able to get that accomplished. I would recommend and stay again. ”

What drew us to this advertisement for the Bigfoot Cabin was the Bigfoot decor.My late husband was a diehard Bigfoot enthusiast, therefore it seemed only fitting that our first annual family mountain vacation without him was somewhere my children's families and myself could honor his memory . While our overall impression of the "cabin" was satisfactory ,we were surprised to find that it was "not" a cabin but fact a home with an attached……

“The location is excellent. You can easily walk to the restaurants and shops in the Pines Resort, and there is a partial view of Bass Lake from the back deck. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the rain shower. My host was communicative. The property was rather bare bones, and a few small creature comforts such as a bath mat, tissues, and tea would have gone a long way. It is pretty difficult to find the property, especially without consistent wifi in the area. ”

“We stayed here for 2 nights and I am sad to say that we were uncomfortable the entire time. This is my first time using Vrbo, but I have used similar apps before and I have never had such an issue with cleanliness. At first I noticed some things like a hair in the fridge, the rugs were all dirty, there were bits of dirt or something of the sort on the comforter, and there were a lot of cobwebs. Considering the property is in the middle of the woods I ignored the cobwebs and dirty rugs, but later……

“This stay was a spectacular serene wilderness getaway. The area was clean and the place felt very secure. The site had gorgeous views. It far exceeded expectations and was the perfect spot to explore the national parks. Would highly recommend!! The driveway was a bit narrow and bumpy so vehicles with low clearance should use caution. ”

“This place is adorable. While it's small, it's more than enough for a couple. Super comfortable king-sized bed, everything we needed in the kitchen (inc coffee, bonus!), and it's a stone's throw to downtown. We ate b-fast at the Hungry Hut one day. And dinner another day at Aroma Tavern. Get the Mac-n-Cheese appetizer. My wife and I split it and that's all we needed. Stormy with the property management company couldn't have been more responsive to all my inquiries; excellent customer service.……

“The property manager, Stormy Barnes, is fantastic! The property is not. There were nice touches, like a comfortable king-size bed and nice soap, but they could not make up for the terrible smell of the place and the moldy towels. The property may want to invest in a water filtration system. I could smell and taste the water from 3 feet away. I was worried people could smell it on me after my shower. Stormy is great, but I could not stay here again until a lot of improvements are made. ”
