“An older apartment refurbished recently, but not quite all finished with it, particularly in the bathroom where the door won't close and there are holes in the shower walls. Rest of apartment very clean and kitchen pretty well equipped for cooking, except the coffee maker was missing the brewing basket , which made it useless. Up a two story flight of stairs. Great location but confusing to find because there was no number visible on the building.”

“Great place, very clean and Dan was quick to respond each time we sent a message. For a downtown location in the capital city it was quiet and worked well for us. We didn’t realize there was limited parking options that didn’t require a fee, but we were only there from late evening to early morning and was able to park along the street without any parking fees. Would definitely recommend this place!”

“This was the most disgusting place i have ever stayed at. This house is basically a 4-plex with multiple people living in the same building. There are loud dogs on the property and the neighbors sound like they are IN YOUR UNIT. The train is 2 blocks away and will literally shake the house! The unit had BED BUGS AND I GOT BITTEN UP BADLY. The landlord moved me to a new unit in the same house that was equally as nasty. Brown water, rat traps and a horribly moldy bathroom. This listing is……
