“I enjoyed everything about it, except it would’ve been nice to have a tv in the bedroom instead of the living room.”

“I just spent 6 beautiful nights in Burien. My first time using VRBO. It was a memorable week. As the reviews have stated, the view alone is perfect. The unit itself was cozy and comfortable. Dale and Ping are gracious hosts. I spent a fews days just at the apartment and in the Burien area. If I ever return to the Seattle area again, I will stay here. stay here. ”

“The apartment is great. The view of the water, the Seattle skyline, and Mount Rainier are incredible. The sound of the water lapping on the beach is completely relaxing. The sun comes straight into the main bedroom each morning (black out curtains are there too), and then sitting out on the deck was a dream. The King bed is very comfortable. Cups Cafe and Expresso is right across the parking lot, and they do do very good breakfast and lunch food (recommende the ring of fire!)”

“The cost of room is one of the lower costs in area so I was not expecting luxury. So I got a room that fit the price for the area. Everything was as expected, good communication, convenient area. The low ceiling bedroom reminded me of being in my camper! I slept in the bedroom with the picture of night Seattle skyline and the bed was really comfortable, I slept like a baby. Bring white noise maker or ear plugs though as the building entrance is directly above the apartment and the doors……

“We rented the unit for a quick weekend in Seattle. The location for us was perfect for a show at the Showbox and a quick Uber to Lumen Field. Having a Starbucks in the building was a plus. The view was amazing! We will definitely stay with this property again. ”

“So clean and so much thought put into a small but well-appointed place. Bed niche was cozy and comfy. If you need to sleep separately, you could sleep on the roomy couch. Property has a unique history as a home bakery and the owner has decorated with nostalgia (I actually found a little Chaucer to read!).The little kitchen is well equipped with utensils, appliances and treats. The living room is spacious and well lit, and the bathroom is sparkling and convenient to the bed. Location is quiet……

“We loved the first mates quarters. Linens were top of the line and plentiful. While we did not cook, the kitchen was very well appointed even including some leftover condiments in the fridge. Wish we could find out more information online about the Captains quarters above because the only downfall was the noise level of a family of six in the Captains quarters directly above us in the First Mate Quarters. But the view was enough to overlook the noise level and seeing Mountains from all……

“My husband and I had a lovely weekend at Dekoven Inn! We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was for cooking, and the comfortable bed. The backyard has a lot of great hangout options, and the lake access was great. The highlight for us was the wonderful management team- when they found out we were staying there for our anniversary, they hand delivered a thoughtful gift to celebrate us! The couches weren’t the comfiest, but we had no problem relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Definitely……

“We had a wonderful stay at this great, studio apartment! Perfect for a couple. It was one block away from restaurants and bars. There is a designated, off street parking spot which was so convenient! Beautiful surrounding area - short walk to Volunteer Park. Capitol Hill has gorgeous old homes - it was fun to walk around and look at them. Dan was a fantastic host and communicated very well. He was so accommodating to us!
