“I went to the address where my night's stay was to be and found no such place. The address took me to a park. Hotels evidently did confirm the property was a real establishment and changed me almost $100 dollars for nothing. I can't trust this service in the future.”

“In almost every way the Gaslight Inn is a five star experience, but as much as I wanted to give it five stars I couldn't because of two issues. The good: The property is charming both inside and out. It was very clean. The rooms were quiet. The bed comfortable and the pillows usable (too many properties give you pillows that look great is pictures but are terrible to sleep on). The owners (who live on the property) were veryf friendly and helpful. The Issues: Parking, it is all street……

“This was a family stay while we visited the Seattle area. Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between……

“The room code for the bathroom didn’t work - but the maids opened it - could have been terrible. Room was fine but I was under the impression we had a connected bathroom - not one in the hall, and I wasn’t expecting a kitchen 3 floors down…the pictures don’t show how broken up this building is. And the strict checkin & checkout times are hard to abide by - it messed up our whole day yesterday that we couldn’t even drop off 2 bags. The application you use asked me for so much personal……
