“Property was 10 mins from Sea Tac, close to the Tulkwa train station to downtown. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice little spot tucked away at the end of road, very quiet. Beds were comfy, clean and nice place to relax. Everything a person needs for kitchenette. Only a couple minor things bedroom doors have issue opening and closing that makes a lot of unnessary noise for others and no temperature control that we could find. All in all great place to stay! ”

“Very relaxed and chill like your staying at a friends house. Lady who manages it was nice and accomadated my sleeping arrangements.(i am disabled). I don't understand people giving this place bad reviews you get a safe quiet place to sleep for cheap. If you want the bells and whistles I would suggest going to a hotel. “If you are looking for a great centralized location to visit the Seattle area, this is the place for you. We used it to make day trips to Seattle, hike the mountains, and visit the National Parks in the area. The property is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and we never felt unsafe, even when arriving home late at night.
