“The property was nice and we loved the view. It was easy to park our rental car in the driveway and it was fine coming in and out of the house. Despite the overall nice views and good location, we found a variety of problems in the house during our stay. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom, the faucets in the upstairs and main level bathrooms are loose, I’m assuming one of the upstairs bedrooms wasn’t swept as an airline tag was found on the ground right when we got in, the kitchen window……

“I stayed here two separate times for 5-days each stay. The property is well maintained, and they have all the amenities I needed to cook for myself. The owners are very responsive and very accommodating. I was in town for flight training at the Renton airport and the house is in walking distance from the airport and MANY great places to eat. Great experience (both times)!”

“Came to visit with family in the area. . .house was close to everything. . . Downtown Seattle, Brown's Point Lighthouse in Tacoma, athletic fields, etc. We even braved the traffic to go to Anacortes to hop a ferry to San Juan Island and spent the day there touring the whole island.Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Will definitely rent again.”

“We had 4 adults visiting Seattle to see family. House was nestled at the end of a quiet road and we enjoyed wine and cheese on the big porch as soon as we arrived. Owner was very responsive for one minor request we had. Would love to come back. ”
