“It was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towels”

“For what i paid, i was very impressed! Huge room, very clean. Breakfast as expected from this chain. Convenient location to I75 ”

“I love being able to stay in the updated rooms, although the television wasn't working (I guess I needed the quietness). A gentleman by the name of Mr. Khan, while shoveling snow, went out of his way to make my parking area hazardless by shoveling around where I would get into my truck. I was pleasantly surprised when I came out to find he had done this! I thank him and appreciate him so much for doing that!”

“The AC didn’t keep up with the humidity in both the common areas and my room. Bar and restaurant is only open 5-11pm. Bathroom was kind of dirty with hair on the ceiling and floor tiles not being attached. Overall not bad but had higher expectations. ”

“Someone entered the room at 8:00 a.m. with a key card. Every hour. When are you leaving”

“The room was very comfortable. No complaints. I also appreciated the quietness. Walking to my room, I noticed families with young children. At first I was nervous about the possibility of hearing them, but once I entered my room. all I heard the whole weekend was silence. LOVED IT ”
