“We had a great experience. The staff was super nice and accommodating — check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical about the outside of the property at first, but as soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was spotless, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt really well-kept. Plus, the location couldn’t be better — close to everything in Augusta, especially downtown where our event was. I’ll definitely stay here again.……

“What I liked about the hotel was that you allow dogs. However, you should have one floor for dogs, not all floors. And I think you could have more selection with your breakfast. Clean the carpet better. ”

“The property is so authentic to the original structure, filled with antiques, it's like stepping back in time, only with better plumbing! Lynda was the perfect hostess. She anticipated that we would need a first floor room without my asking. The property was accessible to my parents who have mobility issues. We enjoyed our made to order breakfast, including gluten free toast. Not a lot of dining near the property that we could see, although there is a list of restaurants in the room. ”

“one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each”

“Everything was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is changing the waffle batter, if was a bit too thick and doughy. ”
