“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“The bed and the room are all great. Very comfortable bed and the room are very clean, The breakfast option is good. Can be betters, was out of half and half for coffee. And the juice was out. The two night we were there. Other than that it is good. The front desk staffs are very friendly. The cleaning crews not very friendly. ”

Honestly she went way above and beyond and deserves a spot bonus and/or raise, as she is one of the main reasons we'll probably return. Ebony in guest service did a great job as well! The hotel is in a pretty good location, convenient to AU and not too far from better shopping. The downtown Augusta area has many vacant storefronts, which is not ideal, but that's not the hotel's fault. ”

“In dire need of proper facility maintenance. Many things broken or in poor repair, worn, dirty. Floors were filthy. I’m surprised corporate hasn’t shut this location down. Staff was pleasant.”
