“I was initially given room 101. It had a terrible smell and the WiFi didn't work. The kind staff on the front desk moved me to another room on the same floor as reception. It was beautiful and the wifi worked. Very comfortable bed and the bathroom had a lovely shower. The breakfast was delicious. There was a good choice of fruits, cereals and cooked breakfast. The staff were very attentive. Although, I was in Mayo for business, I enjoyed visiting the spiritual sanctuary that is Knock. The hotel……

“It was a beautiful setting it had fantastic potential but here’s a list of the faults. Self check in system (room door unlocked key in room) another guest had checked into room we had booked. The room had a different number on the door to what it was (there was a number one on the door frame number 2 on the door) We had booked a ensuite bathroom but on the first night only had access to a shared bathroom with no hot water, no toilet paper (had to search the house to find it), blocked sink. Sent……
