Excellent property: immaculate, well-furnished; kitchen modern, spotless, a cook's heaven--you could effortlessly prepare and host a seven-course, Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. If the host did long-term leases, I'd rent Vine Street Cottage for a year and forego apartment hunting.”

“Cute cottage. Very nicely renovated space. BUT anyone with any mobility challenges or any nervousness about stairs should probably not choose this spot. The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep and a bit unusual. Bedroom and bath are on separate floors and the bedroom had a steeply sloped ceiling. Very picturesque, cozy, well furnished, etc but may not work for everyone.”
