The mini split in upstairs bedroom and the window AC in downstairs bedroom worked great. New refrigerator with cool ice spheres. It was great having access to the garage.House has great bones. It is undergoing lots of upgrades in between rentals, so expect a little dust and work in progress. Kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathroom renovations look almost……
