“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Frances Modern Inn. It was a perfect location for our needs. And our suite was very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the keyless entry to the property and our room and the complimentary water and sparkling water in our room. There is limited on site parking but such was only a minor inconvenience. ”

“This place was amazing!!! We had a fantastic stay and absolutely can't wait to go back!!! Don't skip this place if you get a chance to book in the area DO IT!!
