“We had a good stay at this little spot. Very clean little cottage had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to every interaction and very helpful! The only negative is the location. I’m not familiar with Rockport. It seemed like it was going to be closer to beach access. It was a long way from the beach. Otherwise a great little spot. ”

“Only reason some reviews received 4 was it was dark. the stair lights were very dim. You couldn’t see the steps. I did report it as soon as we checked in. Hope they get it fixed for safety. As for the condo it was nice. we will return. We enjoy the easy access to the fishing dock. ”

“The location of the property is great. The home looked just like the pictures it was beautiful. The owner goes above and beyond by providing items you wouldn’t have thought to pack on a trip such as board games coffee, outdoor equipment for fishing and beach, fun, etc. overall, the home was found to be clean except for the shower, which had hair all in it from the previous person who stayed there. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The people downstairs, who live there year round, are absolutely amazing people! The place was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time fishing off the docks and that was a lot fun. The neighborhood is so peaceful, clean and stunning views. Our only downside was that the back door was left open, upon arrival, and it was over 100 degrees in the place. Took forever to cool off. I guess the housekeepers left it open. Im pregnant, so I had to hang out in the water……

“The only issues were with the a/c unit being very loud and the elevator was out for 3 1/2 days. Other than that every thing else was fine.”
